Champion for Māori Health
Cheri is a champion for Māori health and currently working as the Director Commissioning and Service Development, Kahu Taurima – Early years and Maternity, Te Aka Whai Ora, Te Whanganui-a-Tara. She joins the Board with a strong understanding of our organisation by previously holding the position of Business Development Manager for Family Works and holds Governance roles across two other NGO’s. Cheri is passionate about building positive working relationships and networks across government, non-government organisations, and Māori and Pacific communities and brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and change management.
