Our Kaupapa

At Family Works Central, our kaupapa is all about working alongside you and your whānau to create meaningful, lasting change. Our unique way of working, Te Ara Whānau (Family Solutions), is a strengths-based, solutions-focused approach. This means we focus on the skills, resources, and strengths you already have – and help you use these to create positive outcomes.

We believe in engaging the whole whānau, because lasting change happens when everyone is supported. Our services are flexible and tailored to meet the needs of each individual and the wider whānau, ensuring we work in a way that’s right for you and your circumstances.
